This school is full of the irregularities i withdraw my children and now i will register the complaint against them for their irregularities i sent a email with following contents :

pls refer the enclosed document of the withdrawal policy ,it was already intimated that that no such terms & and conditions were communicated before the admission nor the enclosed documents contained my signature.It seems that by imposing such term and conditions you are imposing the exist barriers for the customers who are unsatisfied from your poor services.Kindly refer the consumer protection act 2019, and for your unlawful act for deduction of the caution deposit i will register the complaint under the consumer protection act 2019. Kindly refer the section 11 of the CPA 2019 pasted below:

Kindly also note that for the Transportation fee there were noting nothing mentioned on the fee structure for 2022-23 that it will increase or fluctuate on the basis of the CNG price.Moreover you were refuse to share the break up for the fuel cost in the total transportation cost for analysing the justification to arbitrarily increased transportation cost by you
Withdrawal of my child was purely due to your deficient services and refusing to share/showing the CCTV footage of the incident dated 02 Aug 2022 to examine the situation and its impact on my child. My daughter was suffering from a very high fever when she was dropped , I think your staffs are poorly trained to understand the implications of the high fever on the kids brain. Multiple occasions babies were urinated and potty in dress/cloth due to long transportation time and inappropriate handling i.e. sending them to toilet before boarding on the bus.
