Sir,Arihant Arden society is having more than 43 covid-19 positive patients in 3 days only.we should consider this society as micro containment zone.peoples are not following appropriate behaviour as per covid guidelines in this society.
Sir- I have written to NPCL regarding bill but not getting a response from them, my concern is that meter generating bill, whole village not using light through meter and some don’t have meter connection but NPCL is charging bill from us through meter reading and others are using light free. there are dry cleaner hub, water purifier station and others equipment which takes extra consumption and all are using them free. then why i pay bill through reading, its totally discrimination, I have been paying bill through reading for last three year and others are using free and when we write to NPCL No one take action. Now i have suggested to NPCL to make bill fix on monthly basis for me till meter installation in whole village. and suggest best way to NPCL but not getting a response from them, Please see below lines which have written to NPCl and requesting you to take it serious and solve this issue, i hope i will get positive response from you.

I am sharing the heart voice of a common man with you. You guys have issued electric meters in villages and it’s a good thing to avoid theft. But have you ever thought that there have been some benefits by installing electric meters? Because people are using light today also without a meter. Have your team ever surveyed on monthly bills how such a low bill is coming. 90% of people’s bills generate under 500/-. And rest 10% peoples bills generate above 1000/- because they are using lights by electric meter.
You can also check my record as my bill always comes above 1300+ and others bills come under 500/-.why is there such discrimination? Are we not human?
NPCL knows everything but still is not taking any action. if guys are not able to take any action then I can suggest you a better option instead of meter generating bill because meter generating bill is nothing because peoples use only one light through electric meter and others lights use through theft.
There are many dry cleaner hubs, water purifier stations who are using lights without meters and everyone knows still there bills generated under 1000/- why???
So if you guys can’t stop such things then it’s better to fix monthly bills in two parts. for winters it should be 1000/- and for summer it should be 1500/-
You people will also benefit from this because 90% bills genrate under 500/- and when you charge a fixed amount then this ratio will increase.
I am very sad as I have paid a huge amount in 2-3 years but others are having fun for free. So I request you guys to take necessary action and take everyone together.
It’s the worst experience with NPCL because your officials take bribes and allow people to light for free.
If you guys are not taking any action on this then i will socialize this experience.

Please make drive through vaccination to avoid crowd queue.Provide vaccine to candidates without let them come out of their vehicle.
Also make vaccination to specific sector
or block for a defined day/days and than for next sector for other day.
Make it more feasible to residents to avoid travel time to distant locations.

I am a retired Central Govt. employee. Before my retirement from Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, I had booked one 2 BHK flat at Bally Hai Project , SC-1/GH-07, Sports city, Techzone-V, Greater Noida (West), Uttar Prodesh through Central Secretariat Housing Welfare Society, 117-A, Lower Ground Floor, Anarkali Bazar, DDA Shopping Complex Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi -55 in 2014. In this project M/s Supercity Infratech Pvt. Ltd.is acting as Developer and M/s Seikom Infracom Pvt. Ltd. is acting as Confirming Party. I paid 17.64 lakh to Builders. But builders have stopped the construction after 3rd floor. I have quitted from the project. The Builders neither completing the project nor refunding my money. I approached to RERA. RERA has passed an order dated 07/09/2020 ordering the builders to refund my deposited amount plus Interest. But the builders kept silent. In response to my another appeal, RERA has issued Recovery Certificate Order vide No. 2789/UP RERA/RO/Recovery/ 2020-21 dated 17.03.2021 for recovery of Rs. 25,39,924/- (my deposited amount plus Interest upto 15.3.21) for not handing over the flat at Bally Hai project against my Case No. NCR-144/06/0775/2019 . Despite that (1) Shri Mohit Singh Raghav, Director, M/s Seikom Infracom Pvt. Ltd, A-10, B-1 Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Badarpur, Delhi-110 044 (Registered Office Address) and Mayfare Residency, GH-078, Techzone-IV, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh (second address) and (2) Shri Deepak Miglani, Director M/s Supercity Infratech Pvt Ltd, 81, 1st floor Defence Enclave, Preet Vihar, Delhi- 110 092 (first address) and Mayfare Residency, GH-078, Techzone-IV, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh (second address) is not refunding the amount. I am compelled to stay at a rented flat at Paharganj since I have not sufficient money to purchase another residential unit at Delhi. I shall be grateful if you kindly intervene in this issue and help me to get back my amount and remove my financial headship and mental harassment.

Sir I want to draw your attention towards the heavy traffic jam in roundabout of Gaur Chowk near Shahberi. The roundabout of Gaur Chowk is always full with heavy traffic jam and rash driving of people due to which people face problems daily.I am a working lady and I’ve to cross the above mentioned roundabout daily with my kids.People never follow traffic rules there and seeing a lady driving they pass humiliating comments which not only lowers self esteem but also the confidence.Therefore I humbly request you to kindly consider this matter and arrange a traffic police in the mentioned area ,at least during peak hours i,e in the afternoon and evening .
In anticipation of quick action on the problem

Dear sir,
In Delhi, Noida by default vehicles coming from the other end put on the high beam within city limits. It is so blinding that there is a genuine risk of hitting cyclists, two wheelers in your lane as those do not have any rear light. People do it deliberately for their convenience without caring for what impact it has on the driver of the opposite vehicle. Request you to look into it asap and issue instructions to the police or concerned to catch the offenders and impose penalty in an endeavour to reduce accidents.

It’s my humble request to sort out the case regarding my father, Mr Yogesh Chandra. He is a senior citizen who has been running in courts since past 1 year to get his tenants evicted who are illegally staying in his flat in Mahagun Moderne and haven’t paid rent for the past 1.5 yrs. My father is retired and relies on rental income to support him in his old age but instead he has to run around in courts to get the matter resolved. My faith in judiciary is failing to see him like this with no recourse. The tenants are refusing to vacate and are living in his flat as if it’s theirs. Kindly help my father and restore faith in the judiciary system!
